Ingredients:
Something for fibre - oats
Something for proteins - plain white yogourt
Something for calcium and other vitamins and minerals - soya milk
Something for antioxidants, vitamin C, magnesium and other minerals - berries
Something for sweetness - sugar
I have made about 1 1/2 litre mixing 2 tablespoons of yogourt, 2 tablespoons of oats, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 2 1/2 cups of berries and soya milk till reaching desired consistency. Result - just perfect.
